Filing of insurance forms by the practice is done as a courtesy to our patients.  The responsible person shown in our records, not the insurance carrier, is financially liable for payment.

Financial Policy

Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental care, we are concerned with making it affordable to you.  By reducing costly billing procedures and requesting payment at the time services are rendered we can keep our costs down and pass the savings on to our patients. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, personal checks and cash.  For extensive treatment, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, a flexible payment option offered to our patients.  Ask us for details.

  

 Emergencies/ Telephone Calls to the Dentists

There is always a pediatric dentist and general dentist on call: 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week

If you have medical questions which only a doctor can answer, a message will be taken and your file will be given to one of our dentists who will return your call as soon as possible.  If your question is non-medical, a qualified staff member will be happy to assist you.

Our emergency answering service will contact the pediatric dentist on-call if the emergency is for your child.  If the emergency is for you or another adult our on-call general dentist will be contacted.  Our doctors will contact you with a return call within 15 minutes.  If they do not contact you back within 15 minutes call the emergency telephone number again and inform the answering service.
